We've been a very busy household over past few weeks.
The oldest has been having knitting lessons with the ever lovely 'Sewing Sue' who has been coming to teach me dressmaking for (and we gasped when we worked this out) over 4 years! We have started a scarf for a teddy bear, in a nice shade of pale baby blue, from some spare oddments of wool given over by Sue. The lastest is we have 9 rows of 10 stitches, and have kept them all on, and even manage - unitentionally- to have a couple of the rows in pearl...
I've been busy also. Although neve being able to knit, and having no inclination to really try (knit one, pearl 3 by accident, drop 2, swear never really appealed to me!) I have had the sewing machine out. I have a number of sewing pojects on the go, photos to follow. Actually off to sort one out now.... shhhh it's a secret. (Little Cs bithday soon, my present will be extra special)
